Book a Meeting
Schedule a visit to meet our Admissions Coordinator. This will give you the opportunity to learn more about ACA and seek answers to any questions you may have about our school.

Application
After you prayerfully consider ACA and confirm your desire to apply, contact our Admissions Team by email or phone. We will email you our application form.
You will be required to provide a number of items like past report cards and birth certificate(s). A full list of required documents are in the application form. You are required to provide a pastoral reference.
A $100 per student non-refundable application fee is charged which covers administration and assessment costs.

Baseline Assessment
Once we have received your application form, documents and pastoral reference, our Admissions Team will contact you to schedule a baseline assessment.
As part of the enrollment process, we assess our new students who are entering Grades 1 - 12 to give us a baseline assessment of where they are at and see if there are any areas that they will need extra help.
Our Resource Team will contact you with the results of the assessment.

Faith & Family Interview
After the baseline assessment, our Admissions Team will contact you to schedule a faith & family interview.
ACA values partnership between school, home and church. At least one parent must be a believer attending a Christian church. We review and discuss your family's faith and child(ren)'s previous report cards, goals and expectations of ACA.
We request that both parents (or legal guardians) and child(ren) attend this meeting.

Acceptance / Enrollment
Our Admissions Team reviews and prioritizes all applications according to the results of the baseline assessment and family interview.
Upon your acceptance, each family admitted to the school will receive a Tuition Enrollment Calculation form to be filled out and returned with a $500 per family, non-refundable enrollment deposit (which will be deducted from your tuition).
