JUNIOR A BOYS COACH Daniel Mendez-Young My name is Daniel Mendez-Young, and I'm currently a Grade 12 student at ACA. Having played on our successful Boys' Volleyball Team, I'm looking to translate what I've learned into an enjoyable, successful season for the Jr. High Boys. I'm looking forward to the memories that will be made this season!
SENIOR BOYS COACH Matthew Minderhoud I graduated from AKCS (now ACA) in 2017. My love for the game of Volleyball grew as I played Libero in grade 11 and 12. I then went on to play Volleyball at Dordt University in Northwest Iowa for 4 years as a defensive specialist. I graduated with an Engineering Degree and worked for 2 years in the US before returning to Canada in 2023. I began coaching with Mrs. Bohnet in the fall of 2023. As a coach, I love seeing players hone their technical skills and then bring it all together on the court. Looking forward to another great season of Sr. Boys Volleyball!
